Coaching Agreement

Session Time 

Each session lasts 45–60 minutes.

Sessions are held virtually at a pre-arranged time.

Procedure

You will receive a Zoom link (or other virtual meeting link) for each scheduled session. Please arrive on time and ready to engage fully. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. No-shows are counted as a session. All rescheduled sessions must be used within the same month.

Payment 

• Single sessions are payable in advance.
• Monthly packages are billed prior to the first session of each month.
• Payments are processed securely through the STRAVARIS™ platform.

Please note: Monthly fees become non-refundable once the first session of the month has been used.  

Confidentiality

Our coaching conversations are confidential, in accordance with the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. Exceptions include disclosures of intent to harm self or others, or illegal activity.

Nature of Relationship

Coaching is not therapy or counseling. It does not replace medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. STRAVARIS™ supports you in forward movement, reinvention, and achieving your goals, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Termination

Coaching is on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel anytime with written notice before the next billing cycle. All fees owed at cancellation must be paid in full.
