You must be at least 18 years old to access or use any STRAVARIS™ Services or Products. By engaging with STRAVARIS™, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

STRAVARIS™ provides non-clinical professional coaching, career navigation, personal development, and business strategy services. Our Services are intended for individuals and organizations seeking growth, clarity, and support in their personal or professional lives.

Our services may include:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions
  • Group coaching programs
  • Online courses and digital content
  • Strategic business consulting
  • Personal development and relationship coaching

STRAVARIS™ does not provide therapy, counseling, medical advice, or any form of clinical treatment. If you require mental health or medical care, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

  1. Client Responsibility and Acknowledgment 

By engaging with STRAVARIS™, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes that may result from coaching.
  • Coaching is a thought partnership, not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or legal/financial advice.
  • You are mentally and emotionally stable enough to participate in coaching.

STRAVARIS™ is not liable for any actions, decisions, or results you experience in connection with our Services.

  1. Confidentiality 

STRAVARIS™ respects your privacy. All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential unless:

  • There is a risk of harm to you or others
  • Disclosure is required by law or court order
  • You provide written consent to share certain information
  1. Use of Services and Products

STRAVARIS™ provides coaching, digital tools, and learning materials for educational and motivational purposes only. You agree to use our offerings lawfully, ethically, and in alignment with these Terms.

  1. No Guarantees or Outcomes

STRAVARIS™ does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results. All actions and results depend on your effort, commitment, and circumstances. Success varies and is influenced by factors beyond our control.

Testimonials, client feedback, and success stories reflect individual experiences and are not typical. These examples are presented for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a promise or guarantee.

  1. Payments, Packages, and Refunds

Payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise stated. We offer:

  • Single sessions
  • Session packs (e.g., 3-session, 5-session)
  • Customized packages for enterprise and group clients

All purchases are non-refundable. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

  • STRAVARIS™ reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
  • All sessions are subject to our confidentiality and cancellation policies.

  • Products include ebooks, audiobooks, workbooks, templates, online courses, digital downloads, merchandise, and other offerings.
  • Payment is required at checkout. Digital products are delivered electronically.
  • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Products are for individual use only. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
  • STRAVARIS™ is not responsible for technical issues with downloads after access has been granted.
  1. Intellectual Property

All STRAVARIS™ content, including The STRAVARIS Method™, tools, materials, frameworks, and brand elements, are the exclusive intellectual property of STRAVARIS LLC.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

  1. Technology and Communication

STRAVARIS™ uses secure platforms for communication, including email and video conferencing. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure. You use these technologies at your own risk.

By submitting your mobile number on our website or during the purchase or registration process, you agree to receive text messages from STRAVARIS™. These may include updates, reminders, program content, promotional offers, or administrative notifications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and service plan. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” or by contacting [email protected]. For help, reply “HELP.”

You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We will only use your mobile number in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
