Why I Built STRAVARIS: A Coach’s Story of Reinvention

Because sometimes the reinvention isn’t just what you coach it’s what you survive, rebuild, and finally choose.

For over 15 years, I’ve coached people through career pivots, life transitions, leadership crises, and personal wake-up calls. I’ve helped teams rise, companies restructure, and individuals find the clarity they couldn’t get on their own.

But I wasn’t calling it STRAVARIS yet.
Because for years, I was pouring that wisdom, strategy, and heart into other people’s visions quietly guiding transformation from behind the scenes.

I had built companies. Led teams. Created programs that changed lives and bottom lines.
And yet something felt off. I was running on drive and duty… but not desire.
The version of me who once thrived in the challenge was now just managing the damage.
Just a quiet, growing truth, I couldn’t shake: This isn’t it anymore.

And what’s worse? I wasn’t alone.
I kept seeing it: brilliant, capable professionals especially women burning out in silence.
Feeling stuck in roles they had outgrown, questioning their worth, wondering if it was too late to choose themselves.

Then the opportunity finally presented itself.

STRAVARIS Was Born From the Gap

STRAVARIS™ wasn’t just an idea. It was a response to a pattern I couldn’t ignore:

STRAVARIS was born from lived experience mine, and that of many others who’ve had to reinvent themselves more than once.

• After experiencing burnout over and over but didn’t recognize at first—because I was too focused on pushing through and delivering results to pause and take a breath.
• After moments of deep disappointment—where years of loyalty and personal sacrifice quietly went unnoticed when circumstances shifted.
